THE NIMIS

The Nimis is a beautifully kept Carver 440 Aft Cabin. With a beam(width) of 15 feet and a total length just shy of 50 feet, this yacht literally has tons of space for you and your friends. This vessel has undergone an extensive remodel so everything is up to date with current decor and colors. Some other features enclude large covered aft (rear) deck, sun pad, tall flybridge, and large swim platform.

DECK AREA

The Aft deck has a mini fridge, ice maker, wet bar with bottle racks, fresh water tap, and plenty of bar area to prepare drinks or set up snack platters.

The forward deck has plenty of space for people to sit, socialize, and enjoy the view. It’s also equipped with a sun pad so you can comfortably work on that tan.

The fly bridge has seating for five or six with a Bimini top. With the height of this area it’s excellent for more of a bird’s eye type view that literally puts you above the rest.

THE MAIN CABIN

This area features beautiful Maple wood throughout the cabin, a sectional couch with dual recliners and an additional leather chair to make for plenty of air conditioned seating. With windows surrounding the living room area (main salon) you’ll still be able to catch all the views, even though you’re down below.​

THE GALLEY

We have everything you’d find at home. Full size fridge, oven with range top, full size built in micro wave, full size dishwasher, and double well sink. The dinette area has a large booth that comfortably seats four.

FORWARD CABIN

There’s a secluded bedroom all the way forward, with private restroom access. The restroom (head) has a stand up hot/cold shower with bench, vacuflush toilet, and sink with large mirrored vanity area.

EQUIPMENT

To keep the fridges cool and the A/C blowing, the Nimis has a 10kw generator that’ll be powering everything you’ll need for your day on the water. Three on board air-conditioners, two refrigerators, ice maker, and full kitchen will all be ready to go.
